Welcome to Hole 13 at Morgan Run Resort & Club - North in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe, California. This par 5 hole is a true test for golfers of all levels, with a length of 463 yards from the championship tees and a handicap of 16. As you approach this hole, take note of the slight dogleg right and plan your shots accordingly.

For our average golfer who hits their driver around 217 yards, we recommend aiming for the center or left side of the fairway off the tee. With an approximate fairway width of 34 yards, there is plenty of room to work with but be mindful not to stray too far right as there are bunkers strategically placed along that side.

Once you've found yourself safely on the fairway, it's time to plan your approach shot. The green area measures at a generous 7063 square feet and has only two greenside bunkers (2% total), so don't let those intimidate you. Depending on your distance from the green and personal preferences, we suggest using either a long iron or hybrid club for better accuracy or even going straight for your trusty pitching wedge if you're feeling confident.

As always when playing golf in Southern California, keep an eye out for any potential weather changes throughout all four seasons which may impact ball flight conditions due to altitude, temperature or wind. But no matter what Mother Nature throws your way on this hole - just remember to stay focused and play smart!

We hope these tips will help guide you towards success on Hole 13 at Morgan Run Resort & Club - North. Good luck!
